Monday of a new year

Well, it's time for that "fresh start" thing. Monday...gym....counting points.

There's no more candy, cookies, chips, cakes.

I ate them all.

sigh...

You ate them all! That's funny! I'm counting points again only this time I do it for FREE! And it's calories - same thing really. I was getting weirded - out by WW's two cartoon male charaters that gave recipes.

If you want to do online point/calorie counting for free, go to:

www.sparkpeople.com

So far - so good!

Glad you got home for New Year's!

Love yinz,

No gym for me... but don't feel bad, I ate 'them all' too. Them all, plus any and everything else I could get my hands on this week. I am stress-eating for the entire family.

The soreness is usually worse on the 2nd day, hope you don't feel too terrible, and hope Jim is quickly feeling better from the bronchitis. Donny got that probably about a month ago, and it took him SO long to get over it. Makes me worry to think of Jim dealing with it with his immune system so delicate.

Prayers for you both today... I'll be looking for yours on Thursday. Take care of yourselves... take it easy at the gym!!!!!

Hi guys, Just checkin in. We are trying valiantly to kick the eat what ever is sitting out habit and it's hard. Even Joe is hooked on snacks and is having a tough time being self controlled. I put chocolate in the freezer just to not have to look at it. --Hope you are healthy again. We vegged out in front of the Tv all day. Joe watched "We were Soldiers", We watched "Gladiator" and Masterpiece theatre is on in 5 min. with Return to Cranmor-looks good. We are true pities. MJB

Wow! A week's gone by and no posts. Hope all is well. I had 1/2 mind to pick up the phone again and call yinz but I guess I need a FULL mind to do that?

I'm praying...always praying each and every day for ya.

Hope to talk to you soon!
